Creativity with Archive Film Symposium

Co-Creator Rachel Genn of Manchester Writing School presented an extract from the immersive two screen film BATTLEDRESS and discussed the research findings at this British Academy funded symposium involving stakeholders across the fields of academia, curatorial practice, NGOs and the creative arts. The event sought to build a knowledge base for future large-scale projects on the creative and experimental use of film archive material and was developed out of ongoing work with the UNESCO Audio-visual Archive in Paris.
